Fixes the following tickets
- #1369 - fixes issue with data page not rendering when coordinates are missing
- #1378 - reduces the payload returned from Map API query
- #1385 - fixes issue with incorrect image shown with species
- #1380 - added permission checks to documents. Now documents are served by BioCollect.
