How to customise the hub theme and functionality

Biocollect offers many options for customising the look and behaviour of a 'hub' - a collection of projects.

The parts of a hub that can be customised include:

• The links in the header
• The links in the footer
• The button, text, and background colours
• The default layout of some pages
• Some aspects of the website's functionality can be toggled on or off
• The text displayed in some places
• The map layers and informational overlays

The configuration is set mainly in the 'Hub Admin', which is restricted to users with Hub Admin or System Admin access.
