Subscriptions: Adjust the button width when the button is not on a new line

• Move the space on the button width to the case where the button is not on a new line

Jetpack plugin:

The Jetpack plugin has different release cadences depending on the platform:

• WordPress.com Simple releases happen semi-continuously (PCYsg-Jjm-p2).
• WoA releases happen weekly.
• Releases to self-hosted sites happen monthly. The next release is scheduled for February 4, 2025 (scheduled code freeze on February 4, 2025).

Before I made this change, the logic said:

If the button is on a new line then set the button width to 100% minus the space that's meant to be between the button and new input.
If the button is not on a new line then set the button width to 100%.

Now it says:

If the button is on a new line then set the button width to 100%
If the button is not on a new line then set the button width to 100% minus the space that's meant to be between the button and new input.

This means that when the button is on a new line the width will be 100%, so it will take up the whole space of the line, rather than being 10px too short.
