…se v2 has been deprecated
Description
actions/upload-artifact:v2 has been deprecated. Github recommends switching to v4 as v3 will also soon be deprecated, However v4 is not compatible with v2 so it is introducing some new errors connecting to the container registries.
This PR updates upload-artifact:v2 to v3 for the time being so we have more time to make our notebooks compatible with v4.
