-- Clean up and improve live script examples, glm_pipeline and simple_pipeline. Make it so that glm_pipeline and simple_pipeline livescripts match the data files in SampleData. Add README.txt to say where the livescript data came from.

-- Add new homer processing stream function hmrR_TaskNorm.m

-- Fix error causing the reporting of a false warning a: "The current file [***] has the same name as the folder containing it. All files should have a different name than the folder containing them ...".

-- Reduce the amount of print statements to the console.

-- Add minor but convenient menu item to Homer3 View menu - "Hide Stims" - to be able to hide stims, in order to be able to look at the time course unobstructed by stim onset lines.

-- Fix very slow loading of datasets in Homer3 on MAC OS specifically but also improves loading time on Windows as well.

-- Fix Homer3 generated snirf files not passing pysnirf2 validation.

-- Fix broken checking for latest Homer3 updates when Homer3 starts up.
