About

This web app is a tool of support during clinical appointment. Functionalitities:

• Register Patients Clinical history
• Biometric Data
• Referrals
• Appointment Management

Note: this the backend development using Java and JSP. The front end is quite simple with no CSS.

Installing and Prerequisites

• Netbeans install instructions;
• MySQL ;
• Apache/Tomcat install instructions
