Implements the fix for saving on exit in LAN games when multi-page stash is enabled.

Also implements a fix to auto-apply an environment variable for PlugY used to help with load times when using a loot filter.

Separately, changes the shortcut for the modded/testing
-direct -txtmode to use the current directory instead of relying on the default install path.
