Add some deconvolution exercises
Notebook 2 (cupy_forward): Small discussion at end regarding 'wrap-around' artifacts.
Notebook 5 (edges) - Small discussion at end regarding effect of finite sized PSF in forward model. (I also fixed an issue where bright pixels near the edges were causing an issue with the display of the two points). Notebook 7 (regularization): Small discussion and exercise at end, but we may skip given time
Notebook 10 - this notebook is new and brings all concepts together. The notebook is set up so the deconvolution improves the blurry noisy image by a bit, but the result is very sub-optimal. By changing the result improves a huge amount.
