Document the Node.js API and the options it accepts. Addresses Issue BlessCSS#35 and Issue BlessCSS#8

Thanks @AaronAsAChimp. I'm going to close this one out since the focus moving forward is on v4. I know it might seem harmless to merge this one anyway, but anything related to v3 right now is a distraction for getting v4 out, and may lead to further maintenance. Again, really appreciate you taking the time to do this and hope you can contribute again soon. |

My philosophy is that it will be easier to update the documentation for v4 than it will be writing it from scratch, but I understand and respect your decision. |
