Updates for external packages rootpy and virtualenv, minor changes to unfolding script and CMS style (we should try the rootpy CMS style at some point) as well as an almost finished version of the HLT turn-on fit & plot script.
There are some harmless errors (see issue #18 👀) which need to be fixed.
