Biomolecular Subsystems Interaction Modeling Instrument (BioSIMI-Python)

Create SBML Models Using Simple Commands, Interconnection of SBML Models, and Interaction Modeling in Biomolecular Circuits

The BioSIMI-Python toolbox can be used to do the modeling and simulation of various interactions that commonly occur in biocircuits. The different kinds of Interactions in a biomolecular system could be when some species acivate/repress the expression of some other species. It is also very common to have species which are shared among different subsystems. This Python toolbox can be used to effectively model such interactions and simulate models with resource sharing and other user defined connections. It can also be used to create new SBML models from scratch using simple commands.
