I have added "LAC" to the team list.

As noted in #308 the convention does not follow the rest of the teams.

It should be something like ['LAC', 'Los Angeles', 'Chargers', 'Los Angeles Chargers', 'L.A.C.'], however i'm not sure how else the NFL references the abbreviated form of the LA Chargers.

After looking at the list again, it does appear that the New York teams follow this pattern as well.

['NYG', 'Giants', 'New York Giants', 'N.Y.G.'],
['NYJ', 'Jets', 'New York Jets', 'N.Y.J.'],

The NFL will likely need to make a change to the Rams abbreviation with the addition of another Los Angeles team.

Looks like they are going with LA for now. http://www.nfl.com/ajax/scorestrip?season=2017&seasonType=REG&week=1 according to their schedule xml
