Inner join is the default behavior but for consistency add --inner as an option

I accidentally missed the documentation line that mentioned
innerbeing the default and was going to open an issue on adding--inner. When looking at the code I realized it was all there.This is mostly for convenience and UI consistency. Inner is still the default.
