User Story

This ticket most likely will be on-hold/blocked for a while until we figure out how and/or if we will we want manage the RL code completely by us or if I team-up with members from the DIBBs team.

Acceptance Criteria

Able to run the RL publicly registered image from any architecture without having to hack it in. This not only will help us out as local developers but for our future STLT(s) as well.
