Website Placeholder And Linking In About Section

Seeing this repository now in Predict opening session.

It seems pretty cool!

I see the github-pages deployment → https://ixa.rs/.

Not sure if this site is, at present, a placeholder.

Might be nice if, in the About section of the repository,
where topic-tags are selected, this link was added as the
website link, even if it's just a placeholder. If so, maybe
a "website work in progress" in the README would cover any
concerns.

Excited to see where this goes!
