DevEx/OpEx

At the moment, VSCode doesn't work out of box (I am pretty sure). We could commit the files needed to support this.

The Azure support in VSCode could help us a lot too, probably.

We could consider using https://editorconfig.org for this purpose. It's an IDE agnostic configuration file for coding style settings
