In this commit a resolved feature is added to the topic after a reply is received by the issuer of that post to mark their post as resolved.
This resolves issue #66
This PR was closed because of issues with the placement of the isResolved and isUrgent, this PR is resolved by PR #75 that was merged. However for #75 the tests didn't pass on GitHub action workflow, which was resolved by PR #80 .
