Demcompare 0.6.1 stable version

Demcompare 0.6.1 makes more stable the 0.6.0 (new metrics and dem processing).
It corrects several bugs and typos.

It adds an experimental demcompare-tiles command to ease the run of multiple demcompare instances in multiprocessing to be able to run on big data
