If we're going to import this, we should use the version in https://git.morello-project.org/morello/trusted-firmware-a/-/commit/bb30d82b17d772f7419c0d47bfa8ea7d01c10371. But I would rather see us stop shipping the FDT now the firmware can provide it, and require users to have recent firmware.

based on strictly personal DTS copy for n1sdp. Approved for import to cheribsd (essentially making it public) by ARM Ltd.
Works on Morello (attaches 12 coresight devices).
