Ensuring the code build on Linux seem like a very good idea, indeed. :)

I've not merged this because we had this before but it was not being maintained and I get emails every time it fails. I'm developing on Debian Linux so personally I don't need a check that it builds on Linux. Building on Linux is not really a problem. I've got my on build machines which build on Linux, Windows and macOS. Unfortunately, they are not publicly available. So in short, this creates extra work for me which I'm not a fan of.

The purpose of this PR is NOT to check if the software compiles, but to provide users a binary of the lates software to use (latest official release is from 2019). Not everyone can just compile it themself.
