CC's Active Teens 4 Success After-School Program will offer classes in a variety of striking and grappling martial arts, such as boxing, kickboxing, wrestling, and Brazilian jiu-jitsu. The classes will be taught by certified and experienced instructors who are knowledgeable and passionate about these martial arts.
The classes will be designed to be fun and engaging, and to provide a positive and supportive learning environment for the students. The instructors will use a variety of techniques and activities to teach the students the basic techniques and principles of these martial arts, and to help them develop their skills and confidence.
CC's Active Teens 4 Success After-School Program will be open to teenagers in the age range of 12 to 18 years old. The classes will be divided into groups based on the age and skill level of the students, in order to provide a personalized and appropriate learning experience for each student.
The classes will be held on weekday evenings, typically from 5pm to 6:30pm. This schedule will allow students to attend the classes after school, and will provide an alternative to other after-school activities such as sports or clubs.

Our program aims to help teens build strength and confidence through martial arts training. We specialize in striking and grappling martial arts, which can help teens develop discipline, focus, and self-defense skills, as well as improve their physical fitness.

Monday:
- 5:00-5:30pm: Warm-up and stretching
- 5:30-6:30pm: Kickboxing training
- 6:30-7:00pm: Cool-down and meditation
Tuesday:
- 5:00-5:30pm: Warm-up and stretching
- 5:30-6:30pm: Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu training
- 6:30-7:00pm: Cool-down and meditation
Wednesday:
- 5:00-5:30pm: Warm-up and stretching
- 5:30-6:30pm: Boxing training
