Fix sprintf arguments mismatch regal lint issue

This PR resolves a Regal lint warning related to sprintf argument mismatches by ensuring that the number of format specifiers correctly aligns with the provided arguments. This improves code correctness and maintains consistency across Rego policies.

Reason for Proposed Changes

• Ensure compliance with Regal Linter’s sprintf-arguments-mismatch rule;
• Prevent potential runtime errors due to incorrect formatting.

Proposed Changes

• Corrected sprintf argument mismatches to align with format specifiers;
• Ensured the affected file passes Regal Linter without sprintf-arguments-mismatch warnings.
