17599 FIX Show more/less button filter form not properly clickable

Due to styling problems in the filter form, the show more/less button was not always clickable. The styling problems are now fixed and the button is always clickable with the expected reaction. Change-Id: If4144b665a3516eccd89757fd4726ed8b5ca5a2d
