Fixed The "Broke UI" of Dot-Box "Home Page" including Tile Overflow

Hey @ayush-t02 issue fixes #522

The complete Ui of the home page was broken before, I have fixed and restored it

• Fixed the navbar.
• Fixed and replaced the broken CSS code.
• Fixed and Added Footer.
• Restore the Feedback form.
• Integrated updated cursor trail effect.
• Fixed double Tile Overflow.
• Made the home page Responsive

Made The Page Responsive

Due to the breaking of Ui of the home page the page was not responsive, with the help of previous PR, I have made sure the page is responsive now!

Hey @ayush-t02 I have fixed the broken Ui of the Home page, could you please increase the level label based on the changes I have made? as thelevel was for only fixing the Tile overflow but the entire page was broke as mentioned in above PR description!
