Restored Contributors Page: fully debugged

Hey @ayush-t02

• Issue closes [Bug]: Contributors Page is fully bugged #562

I have restore the Ui of the contributors page as it was before the overlapping bugs, now it looks fine as before

Also I have moved the about.css file to the head of the about.html to ensure if this technique works on the others screen page after deployment or not, so that we can do it for contributors the same and make it complete mobile responsive
