This PR includes several improvements and fixes to the README.md file:

• Replaced the setup content with a link to the contributing.md file where the setup instructions are already present.
• Fixed various alignment issues to enhance readability.
• Added Animated emojis for better visual appeal.
• Fixed minor bugs in the markdown formatting.
• Added various important sections to provide comprehensive information about the project.
• Replaced the large GSSoC banner logo with a more formatable and descriptive small table for better presentation.

These changes aim to make the README.md more user-friendly and informative for contributors and users alike.
