[UX2.0] Resolve URL List Issue

Description

Resolves the URL List issue with creating, updating and deleting. Remove sdwan_policy_object_security_url_list and adds sdwan_policy_object_security_url_allow_list and sdwan_policy_object_security_url_blobk_list. Also adds support for type_value to profile parcels
