Summary

Added HIPAA to our compliance page and updated the shared responsibility model to include BYOC.

Looking at the table for the "ClickHouse Cloud shared responsibility model" section, it's potentially ambiguous what the "Customer - cloud" column is. Does that mean just self-hosted ClickHouse?
