可以全球使用1 个块 (DEF_nx_blocks = 1; DEF_ny_blocks = 1).
模拟区域的范围包含整个经度圈时，范围可设置为任意位置起始，再到同位置结束（例如 0 度到 0 度）；（原来只能设置-180 到 180）
