Fix applicability system check for kernel for sle and slemicro #12525

Description:

  • Applicability check based on kernel package check, for sle and slmicro platform should be based on kernel-default package

Rationale:

  • Add jinja conditions for how kernel package looks like in sle based platforms
  • Fixes # applicability checks in remediation scripts
