You can change following textures with skins.

You can download the default skin here and then edit it.
To Create skins create a new folder in RhythmBang_Data/Skins
with the name of your skin. In that folder create all the textures you want to change with the filenames listed above. Every texture which isn't in the skins uses the default one. You can select your skin from the games settings under the Customize section.
