Replaced React forms with Formik in the Generate Page

Proposed Changes

On the Generate Page, replaced the standard React form with Formik in js/components/generate/GenerateForm.js (refactor). This will help reduce code complexity and help with things like state management and onChange which are directly integrated in the Formik library.

Added new dependency Formik.
