ceph-dash 0.8

Since I've got no negative reponses, I release the next stable version of ceph-dash (v0.8)

Changes in this release:

• new configuration options for adding grapghs from graphite
• Included Javascript Flot library for drwaing graphs
• Sections in ceph-dash can now be collapsed to show only what you want to see
