Items not showing up in Create creative tab or JEI.

Describe the Bug

Items in the creative tab or JEI just won't show up. Not even searching works.
However the /give command still works for getting items.

Reproduction Steps

1. Download Create.
2. (Possibly) Download Create addons.
3. Download other mods.

Expected Result

Seemingly a random selection of items will appear in the create tab.
Though the amount of mods/Create addons may also factor into this.

Additional Context

It's seemingly random what items won't be displayed.
The items still work but I can only get it with /give.
Right clicking a item (JEI recipe) Will still show it's recipe, it just won't appear on the JEI items.
