This is being verified
The calc now need dhdx and dhdy whch only exist at the start of the calculations so I made another kernel for the start of the calc

The problem
XBeachGPU can produce instability in steep partially wet cells.
Proposed solution
This branch tries to impose a limiter on the Eulerian step U and V.
Does it break something?
