<p style="text-align: justify; font-family: trsFontFace; font-size: 19px; margin-bottom: 20px; line-height: 2em;">与李某、卢某相隔两层的邻居崔某也跟着遭殃，日复一日饱受噪音折磨，特别是崔某的女儿，因为居家进行线上学习，那诡异而清晰的声音，使其不堪其扰。</p>
<p style="text-align: justify; font-family: trsFontFace; font-size: 19px; margin-bottom: 20px; line-height: 2em;">崔某请生态环境部门上门检测，该声音在崔某住处为36分贝，未超过噪声排放标准，根据民法典及当时有效的环境噪声污染防治法，相关执法部门也无法处理。</p>
<p style="text-align: justify; font-family: trsFontFace; font-size: 19px; margin-bottom: 20px; line-height: 2em;">拿他没办法，难道只能忍了？无奈之下，崔某遂向法院申请禁止令，并称噪声已严重影响其本人及家人的正常生活学习，请求责令李某、卢某停止制造噪声的行为。</p>
<p style="text-align: justify; font-family: trsFontFace; font-size: 19px; margin-bottom: 20px; line-height: 2em;">地点：广州市海珠区人民法院</p>
<p style="text-align: justify; font-family: trsFontFace; font-size: 19px; margin-bottom: 20px; line-height: 2em;">结果：广州市海珠区人民法院审查认为，对李某等故意制造噪声的行为，审查禁止令申请是否符合条件不应囿于是否超过噪声排放标准，而应以申请人的宁静生活有无受到影响为标准。涉案噪声已严重影响崔某及其家人的宁静生活，如不及时制止，将使崔某及其家人宁静生活的权益遭受难以弥补的损害，因此崔某的禁止令申请符合规定，应予准许。故裁定李某等不得通过播放“荒山野鬼”录音等方式制造噪声扰民。裁定送达后，李某等在法院工作人员的见证下拆除录音播放设备，删除“荒山野鬼”录音文件，并承诺不会再制造噪声扰民。</p>

<p style="text-align: justify; font-family: trsFontFace; font-size: 19px; margin-bottom: 20px; line-height: 2em;">某网络技术公司认为某信息科技公司采用恶意技术手段，非法调用微博服务器，向用户端传输数据的API，抓取了大量微博后台数据进行存储，甚至对外售卖，于是诉至法院，请求判令某信息科技公司停止不正当竞争行为、刊登声明消除影响、赔偿经济损失2000万元以及合理支出费用50万元。</p>

<p style="text-align: justify; font-family: trsFontFace; font-size: 19px; margin-bottom: 20px; line-height: 2em;">当海关工作人员依法进行检查时，从车辆天窗与遮阳板间隙，以及扶手箱下改装的暗格内，查获了一批疑似红耳彩龟等龟类动物，但易某无法出具有效的检疫审批证明。</p>
<p style="text-align: justify; font-family: trsFontFace; font-size: 19px; margin-bottom: 20px; line-height: 2em;">经鉴定，这批龟类动物中的1760只红耳彩龟（学名Trachemys scripta elegans，中文又名巴西龟、红耳龟）为外来入侵物种，已被列入《中国外来入侵物种名单（第三批）》和《重点管理外来入侵物种名录》，参考总价为8.8万元。</p>

<p style="text-align: justify; font-family: trsFontFace; font-size: 19px; margin-bottom: 20px; line-height: 2em;">结果：珠海市中级人民法院审理认为，易某未经批准，逃避海关监管，利用车辆藏匿运输外来入侵物种红耳彩龟进境，其行为违反国家规定。易某明知涉案红耳彩龟数量大，入境会对生态环境造成破坏，仍非法夹藏运输红耳彩龟进境，具备非法引进外来入侵物种的间接故意，且一次性非法引进外来入侵物种参考总价达8.8万元，数额较高，属情节严重，已构成非法引进外来入侵物种罪。鉴于易某有累犯、如实供述自己罪行、自愿认罪认罚和主动按照公诉机关量刑建议预缴罚金10万元等量刑情节，故以非法引进外来入侵物种罪判处易某有期徒刑九个月，并处罚金10万元。宣判后，易某没有上诉，该判决已发生法律效力。</p>

<p style="text-align: justify; font-family: trsFontFace; font-size: 19px; margin-bottom: 20px; line-height: 2em;">研究还发现，大量饮用含糖饮料与56种血清代谢物水平变化有关，其中包括几种由肠道微生物群产生的代谢物及其衍生物。这些肠道微生物群代谢物与较差的代谢特征相关，比如空腹血糖和胰岛素水平较高，身体质量指数和腰臀比较高，以及对身体有益的高密度脂蛋白胆固醇水平较低。值得注意的是这些肠道微生物群代谢物水平较高的被调查者，在研究开始首次被采样后的10年内患糖尿病的可能性更高。</p>
