FAQ

1. Yellow circles do not appear on the frame, I selected - instead they appear all on the first frame. Answer: Please open Fiji>Image>Hyperstacks>Stack to Hyperstack... and make sure that the Stack is in the format Channel =1, Slices = #movieframes, Frames(t)=1
