Working solution
Requires .NET 5.0
Open a terminal, navigate to the main directory and use: dotnet run to run the code.
There are a few variables you can mess around with:
rotations - the amount of clockwise rotation
inputArrayWidth - the width of the starting array
inputArrayHeight - the height of the starting array
