D4D Board Membership Criteria

1. A board member must be actively doing work in the D4D community

2. Board members should be D4D ambassadors
   a. Actively welcoming and engaging with people in the community
   b. Helping to promote and publicize D4D's active projects and community to a wider audience, to people not in the D4D community
   c. Actively encouraging people to join the D4D community

3. Board members must agree to implement and adopt the principles of the Ethics project and pledge in any project they work on and ensure that all other D4D projects adopt this code
