How did all this stuff start?

Different people from different cities from Spain who had been gathering information from touristic house rental platforms were invited by Estudio Montera34 to the SummerLab 2017 held by Hirikilabs.

In this summer lab camp they found out that their scrapping methods were quite similar in order to get listings information from Airbnb in this case. After a series of sessions in which each one of us pointed out their needs, we discovered that each one of us had his/hers particular information and that it was highly advisable to share it.

Then the question was "how are we going to do it?". This is why we decided to develop an API where everyone who is gathering information from the different tourist house rental platforms can upload their data and get data from others.

We are sure there are lots of developers who are continuously getting this kind of information from all around the world, so why not share this info with the everyone who is willing to access and use it. In other simpler words, it is a store and search engine for data related to tourist house rentals.
