Fixes Doriandarko#211 Rename `readme.md` to `README.md` and add installation instructions for Debian in WSL. * **File Renaming** - Rename `readme.md` to `README.md` to match the expected file name. * **Installation Instructions** - Add a note in the `README.md` file to inform users to install GCC using `sudo apt update` and `sudo apt install build-essential` for running the project on Debian in WSL. --- For more details, open the [Copilot Workspace session](https://copilot-workspace.githubnext.com/Doriandarko/claude-engineer/issues/211?shareId=XXXX-XXXX-XXXX-XXXX).
