QX7 addition

Addition of a Qx7 target file for proper screen sizing, and button events thanks to awolf78 for this.

v1.3.1 - OpenTx 2.2 update

Fixes issues with filename character limit imposed by OpenTx 2.2

v1.3.0 - total mAh usage displayed after power off

Adjusted the way the mAh usage is reported, so that the last known value is displayed when Telemetry is lost

The only code portions touched were for display code, and not verbal alerts code, they should continue to work as before

Image and versioning updates were also made to the documentation, and should roll back into the wiki,

Fixed system sound ID being passed for the percentage callout when used on Open TX 2.1 systems.

Added sound file for battery critical alarm, as some users reported not having this file.

v1.2.2 - Button Press Patch

Fixed issue with code from prior release and extended button press events to work for both quick press and long hold.

Updated Button Presses for +/- buttons to respond to "long presses". You may now hold down the button to adjust the value.

Spelling correction on second page also addressed.
