Previously, there were two. Now, with two additional template parameters, there are eight. This is to try to work around an Nvidia internal compiler error on one platform.

There are other issues with the CI results, but it appears that the code transformation to compose_cedr_sl_run_local.cpp does indeed solve the Nvidia ICE in the dbg CI GPU build. |
