The Clang build now fails in the sanity check because of:
(and a bunch of similar errors). Looks like RPATH is not set for all binaries; some have RUNPATH instead, some have neither. |
This is a rich set of tools for single-cell sequence analysis, took us a long time to puzzle together (see easybuilders/easybuild-easyconfigs#20116 + vscentrum/vsc-software-stack#214).
It's a bit of a gamble whether this will work in one go, but let's give it a shot :)
