Thanks @JPRichings The test itself looks fine. Can you address the formatting and style issues so the tests all pass. Once that is working I can approve and merge the PR.

From Rui's comment in the other issue I will reorganise these tests so there is a base class from which specific test instances are derived from. |

New reframe test for capability Quest (https://github.com/QuEST-Kit/QuEST) jobs upto 4096 nodes and smaller tests at 4 and 512 nodes.
This can be extended to capture and monitor time to solution but this is the initial test implementation.
