Add a new parameter $isAppend to the add() and addBatchAction() methods.
By default, $isAppend = false, so no BC, actions still adding to the beginning of the list.
Changed the behaviour of methods prependAction() and appendAction() to match their naming.
- Now, prependAction() actually add action at the list beginning.
- Now, appendAction() actually add action at the list ending.
- Fix method usages not to provide any BC.
