This feature is really important when an Entity is associated to several Controllers and EasyAdmin chooses only the last controller associated to it without possibility to choose the right Controller. Thanks for PR @timager |

This changes allow define default priority method on controller's, it's need for case with multiple controllers on some entity, because give you way to selecting default controller (controller with least priority). Also other ways for specifing concrete controller stay available.
