Release version 3.0.2

This is a bugfix release, to solve a bug affecting all installation
that are NOT MariaDB 10. It would incorrectly generate `auth_code`
leading to the impossibility of sending the same newsletter to the
same recipient more than once.

Thanks to @cundd for reporting and fixing it.
