**Thesis License**

**TERMS AND CONDITIONS FOR USE, REPRODUCTION, AND DISTRIBUTION**

1. **Definitions**
    * "Licensee" means the individual or entity obtaining a copy of the Application Code (as defined below).
    * "Application Code" means the computer source code, accompanying documentation, and other materials distributed by licensor (as defined below) for the Thesis application.
    * "Licensor" means the copyright owner of the Application Code (as defined below).

2. **Grant of License**
    Licensor hereby grants Licensee a non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable license to use the Application Code solely for the purpose of running the Thesis application. Licensee may not modify, distribute, or commercially exploit the Application Code in any way.

3. **Restrictions**
    Licensee may not:
        * Modify, translate, reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, or otherwise attempt to derive the source code of the Application Code.
        * Distribute, sublicense, rent, lease, or otherwise transfer the Application Code to any third party.
        * Use the Application Code for any commercial purpose, including but not limited to advertising, promotion, or generating revenue.

4. **Copyright**
    The Application Code is copyrighted by Boliotis Manousos. All rights reserved.

5. **Disclaimer of Warranty**
    The Application Code is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to the warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. Licensor shall not be liable for any damages arising out of the use of the Application Code.

6. **Termination**
    This license will terminate automatically if Licensee breaches any of the terms and conditions contained herein. Upon termination, Licensee must cease all use of the Application Code.

7. **Governing Law**
    This license shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Greece.

8. **Entire Agreement**
    This license constitutes the entire agreement between the parties with respect to the subject matter hereof and supersedes all prior or contemporaneous communications, representations, or agreements, whether oral or written.

**BY USING THE APPLICATION CODE, LICENSEE AGREES TO ALL THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF THIS LICENSE.**
