- Download the latest version or the version for your desired Beat Saber version from releases.
- Open the BMBF Web Interface, drag and drop the qmod into the BMBF Upload page and Sync to BeatSaber, you should hopefully see a success message appear.
- (Optional) If you have a SoundPack you can drag and drop that in to BMBF now as well and sync afterwards you can already go and check your sounds out in BeatSaber, if not follow the next steps. (Skip to step 6 afterwards).
- (Important) When installing QuestSounds for the first time (especially after major releases) you'll have to start the game up once, so QuestSounds can generate the correct folders for you.
If you've installed a SoundPack it should have generated whatever folders it needs for you. - If you have a Sound file that is in one of the supported formats, you can put them in your desired folder, you'll find the folders in the following location using
SideQuest:\sdcard\ModData\com.beatgames.beatsaber\Mods\QuestSounds\
Windows Explorer:
Quest 1:This PC\Quest\Internal shared storage\ModData\com.beatgames.beatsaber\Mods\QuestSounds
Quest 2:This PC\Quest 2\Internal shared storage\ModData\com.beatgames.beatsaber\Mods\QuestSounds
- After installing the Sound file or SoundPack, start up Beat Saber, and you should be able to find your installed sound file in QuestSounds Mod Menu.
- Enjoy!
